  • National Early Childhood Technical Assistance Center (NECTAC) - Supports the national implementation of the early childhood provisions of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). Their mission is to strengthen systems at all levels to ensure that children (birth through five) with disabilities and their families receive and benefit from high quality, culturally appropriate and family centered supports and services. Also includes a list of Part C coordinators for each state.

  • National Early Childhood Transition Center (NECTC) - The primary objective of the NECTC is to investigate and validate practices and strategies that enhance the early childhood transition process and support positive school outcomes for children with disabilities.

  • Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) - Dedicated to improving results for infants, toddlers, children and youth with disabilities ages birth through 21 by providing leadership and financial support to assist states and local districts.
