Opportunity House Applications Now Available

Community Connections is announcing the availability of applications for supportive apartment housing for adults with developmental disabilities.

Interested adults who wish to apply must meet HUD eligibility criteria. In compliance with HUD Section 811 (Supportive Housing for Persons with Disabilities) regulations. Community Connections will establish a wait list of eligible applicants if there are more applications than available units.

Applications will be available at Community Connections offices, 201 Deermount Street, Ketchikan, starting Monday, April 12th. You can also download the applications, and other information, using the links below. We will begin accepting completed applications beginning Monday, April 19th at 8am, in person at our office or via fax at 225-1541. Please contact us if you would like us to fax or email you a copy of the application. We will not accept partial or incomplete applications. We will not accept applications before 8am on April 19th.
